This end-terrace cottage in the town of Llandeilo sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Merlin's House is an end-terrace cottage in the busy market town of Llandeilo, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Set over two floors and sleeping four people, this cottage has a ground floor cloakroom, two lower ground floor bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one twin room and a lower ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a ground floor basin and WC and a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. There is also roadside parking nearby. Merlin's House is an excellent base for beautiful countryside, castles, fishing and beaches.
Accommodation
Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis 100 yards away, load/unload next to cottage only. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Front door opens directly onto pavement, children should be supervised. Note: There is an external step to the cottage entrance and two steps to reach the entrance hall. |
